LUCIA AND NEEL ASKED 12 OF THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO JOIN THEM ON A WALK ACROSS HEARST BEACH AND UP A HILL INTO THE MAGICAL WOODS OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN IN SAN SIMEON, CA. THEY WERE MARRIED IN A CLEARING AT THE END OF THE PRIVATELY OWNED PATH.

IT WAS UNBELIEVABLY BEAUTIFUL.

IT WAS SUCH AN INCREDIBLE PLACE, AND SUCH GOLDEN-HEARTED PEOPLE, I HAD TO USE SOME OF THE LAST OF MY POLAROID!

KOREN AND JENNY STARTED THEIR WEEKEND WEDDING WITH A "NANTUCKET BEST" THEMED WINE TASTING AT SAARLOOS AND SONS WINERY IN LOS OLIVOS, CA.

AFTER THE WINE TASTING WARM UP, THE WEDDING PARTY TOOK OVER THE CIRCLE BAR-B GUEST RANCH IN GOLETA, CA FOR THE REST OF THE WEEKEND. AND QUITE A PARTY IT WAS!

BETTIE AND MARK'S PIONEERTOWN WEDDING, APRIL 2010

MY DEAR FRIENDS BETTIE AND MARK DECIDED TO GET MARRIED AT THE MIGHTY INTEGRATRON IN THE MOHAVE DESERT.

BEFORE THE CEREMONY, WE ALL ENJOYED A SOUND BATH IN THE "ACOUSTICALLY PERFECT TABERNACLE". BETTIE CHANGED THEN ANNA DROVE HER BACK IN A GOLF CART WHILE THE PARTY WAITED UPSTAIRS. IT WAS ALL SUCH RIDICULOUS FUN, REALLY.

ALL OF THE FESTIVITIES WERE PIONEERTOWN-THEMED, LIKE THE DINNER AT THE RIB CO. WHERE BETTIE WORE A HEADRESS!

WE ALL STAYED AT THE HAUNTED PIONEERTOWN MOTEL, DRANK TEQUILA AND HOWLED AT THE MOON. IT WAS ONLY A SKIP OR TWO TO PAPPY & HARRIET'S WHERE WE DANCED WITH THE LOCALS TO LIVE COUNTRY MUSIC. IT COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE OF A GOOD TIME!!!

SAN JUAN ISLAND, WASHINGTON STATE, OCTOBER 2009

Two of my closest friend finally got married! I've been close with Ann and Travis since I met them each individually when I was 18. I met Ann through our friend Holly who I worked with at Zumiez (haha). I met Trav through his brother who was tight with my high school boyfriend. My life completely changed through those friendships and the community of friends we found together with Holly, Ann, Travis, David, TK, Val aka Henry and Keith. I never knew good friends before I met these ones and most of us reunited for the first time in years for Ann and Trav's wedding. David and Keith were unable to be there but we talked about those guys the whole time and David called us from Jersey. Keith was in Italy (super sad for us). Also, this wedding was so full circle for me cause I grew up on this island and my friends who did not now live here! The reception was held at my dear friend Juniper's Guest House. She is one of the most beautiful people I've ever known.

The wedding was at South Beach on San Juan. The edge of the island. Dry grass, thick green forest and the ocean. Heaven, really.

Jamie is in architecture school and she is extraordinary with her arts and crafts!
Ben surfs and plays music.
They are awesome.
The wedding was at Spin and Margie's Desert Hideaway in Joshua Tree, CA. It couldn't have been more perfect. Here are pictures and polaroids!
